I purchased my 01 ram 2500 for a work truck. Since then, the truck has had 2 transmissions in one year. After the second one failed within 5k miles I called Certified and told them what I have been going through. They told me to get it here and they would look at it. They got me in and out and had a page of things that were worn and wrong with it. Since then this truck has never shifted this good, I will NEVER take any of my vehicles anywhere else!
